Who I Am

I’m Nate Shepherd, a blogger, content creator, and the founder of Rainbow Cowboy, a brand that refuses to be put in a box—just like me. My work is dedicated to untangling the complexities of sexuality, masculinity, emotional healing, and overcoming societal shame. I believe that through honest conversations and self-awareness, we can break free from limiting narratives and build authentic, fulfilling lives.

What I Do

Through my blog, Rainbow Cowboy Unchained, I explore deeply personal topics that many struggle with—desire, emotional trauma, religious shame, and redefining masculinity & much more. Healing comes through vulnerability and understanding, and I create content to help people navigate that journey.

But I don’t stop at writing. I use AI-generated videos to bring these stories to life, making the content immersive and accessible for those who connect more through visual storytelling.

In addition to my blog, I launched Rainbow Cowboy, a brand that, like me, can’t be contained to one category. It’s more than just apparel—it’s a way of expressing who you are, unapologetically. Whether it’s bold statements, rebellious energy, or designs that speak to every side of you, Rainbow Cowboy is about wearing what represents your freedom, your pride, and your individuality.
